Site Scaffolding Coordinator Start – ASAP Skelton Grange £40,000 - £50,000     Introduction We are currently recruiting for a Site Scaffolding Coordinator to join a Prestigious EPC in the UK and Overseas Energy Sector.     Roles & Responsibilities As the Site Scaffolding Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

• Demonstrate leadership and commitment to HSEQ
• Incorporate relevant HSEQ requirements into area of responsibility
• Review and ensure work is carried out in accordance with RAMS
• Ensure safety and HSE performance of personnel under control
• Ensure works executed in accordance with contract and project requirements
• Act as principal contact for coordination of scaffolding equipment
• Chair coordination meetings between contractors
• Ensure scaffolding operations planned and executed by competent persons
• Ensure scaffolding equipment positioned and installed to minimize risks
• Design and pre-plan scaffolds
• Oversee erection of scaffolds
• Inspect and document condition of scaffolds for safe occupation
• Train competent persons, scaffold erectors, and users
• Deliver Lessons Learned and feedback for future projects
• Keep Site Manager informed of site-related activities.

    Skills & Qualifications We are looking for someone with the following:

• CISRS Advanced scaffolding inspection
• 1 Day temporary works accredited training course
• Prior experience in a similar role on large construction projects
• Knowledge of relevant HSEQ legal and management system requirements
• SSSTS or equivalent
• Valid Safety Contractors Certificate (SCC), Safepass (ROI), CSCS or CCNSG card or equivalent
• Negotiation skills
• Proficient in English, with knowledge of other languages being an advantage.
