Performance Manager Location – Swindon,Wiltshire£40,000-£45,000 Introduction…Astute is working with one of the worlds market leading O&M service providers. Specialising in the development, engineering, financing, construction, operations & maintenance of large scale solar photovoltaic projects. With close to 1.8GWp installed Globally and a 5-year track record foroutstanding services, they are looking for a Site Manager to be responsible for providing Site Management services to concurrent turn-key EPC Solar PV & Battery Storage projects in the UKRoles & ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for:
Monitoring performance of operating projects, identifying areas for improvements with deep analysis of the performance of the site, identifying issues and suggesting improvements.
Reports writing and reviewing for the assets.
Working closely with Portfolio Managers and Business Development Manager on any issues and the Development Manager and Head of O&M on annual maintenance budgets.
Hr related involvement and support - recruiting, training, supervising and appraisals for the monitoring team and raising any H&S concerns with manager.
Liasing with clients after events.
Supporting field service team with site specific reporting templates via iAuditor and/or other platforms.
Skills & QualificationsWe are looking for someone with the following:
M
onitoring of solar farms
remotely
, from a system perspective to individual components: strings, pyros, SCBs, inverters, transformers temperature, trackers, coolant checks.
Identifying issues, coordinating faults and investigations with the service technician team.
Resetting inverters remotely when needed. Activation/deactivation of GFDI protocols
Report generation
and ch
asing
engineers ensuring all reports are received especially
corrective reports.
Event notifications, updating the clients.
Salary & PackageWhat’s on offer for this exciting role:
Basic Salary of £40,000 - £45,000
10% Bonus Scheme
