Responsibilities and duties:
Reporting to the Head of Project Management UK you will:

Oversee end-to-end EPC Projects, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and top-quality delivery.

Conduct site visits for construction feasibility assessments, monitor progress, and assess work against quality and contractual standards to detect deviations from the Scope of Work.

Supervise Site Acceptance and Commissioning Tests, ensuring adherence to specifications.

Act as the primary representative for the Employer, engaging with various stakeholders such as Clients, ICPs, DNOs, Subcontractors, Landowners, OEMs, and Technical Advisors.

Manage crucial project resources, including engineering teams, on-site quality managers, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Uphold the highest standards of Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental compliance, in line with CDM regulations.

Assist in the preparation of project tender information and develop specifications and scopes of work for subcontractors and suppliers.

Generate progress reports and take charge of project budget reporting, ensuring financial accountability.

Oversee the preparation and maintenance of essential project documentation.

Identify and promptly escalate any potential risks to budget, schedule, or quality to the Head of Project Management.
Professional qualifications:
We are looking for someone with the following:
-
BSc or higher in an engineering discipline or equivalent experience in a relevant field.

Technical understanding of Solar PV
-
Demonstrated utility Solar PV experience of 3 to 5 years; additional experience in Battery Storage is advantageous.

Proven track record of effectively managing multiple projects concurrently, consistently delivering within defined timelines and budgets.

Proficiency in establishing robust networks with crucial project stakeholders.

Strong IT aptitude, including proficiency with the MS Office suite; familiarity with MS Project and Jira is beneficial.

Competence in English, both spoken and written.

Adaptability and flexibility, as the role involves extensive travel, including overnight stays or longer durations.
