Senior Process Engineer           

Chorley

£50- £60 per hour Umbrella

12 month contract

Introduction…

Our client is a major global player in the Nuclear industry. You'll be joining a team, working on the design of a new chemical process facility in Chorley, Lancashire.

Roles & Responsibilities

As the Senior Process Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• To produce and manage the production of engineering deliverables in accordance with specified standards. Provide information and attend project meetings
• Specify and accept activities and deliverables from contractors, to ensure work is carried out to specification, on time and compliant with UK procedures
• Accountable for efficient delivery of design solutions to meet the requirements of the business
• Identify solutions to technical problems encountered on site, and ensure these are appropriately controlled and managed
• Provide technical input to support delivery of work packages within and outside of E&P

Skills & Qualifications

We are looking for someone with the following:

• Degree in relevant discipline-specific Engineering i.e. Chemical or Process Engineering
• Associate member of a relevant engineering institute
• Good understanding of Engineering design processes in a heavily regulated industry
• Experience working on a Nuclear Licenced site or working on a top tier COMAH site

Salary & Package

• £50- £60 per hour Umbrella (inside IR35)
• 12 month contract
