The Member Service Representative will have a heavy focus on client and customer service as well as collaborating with other colleagues, pharmacies, and more. This is a call center setting in a brand new facility!

Schedule - 7:30am-4:30pm PST M-F

Pay Ranges- $19/hr

MUST BE state registered in NV, National Certification preferred You MUST have experience working in a call center type of environment!  Description: The Member Services Representative will:

• Answer calls and stay abreast of call taking processes and procedures.
• Assist the team by addressing, questions, manage problem resolution related to pharmacy benefit, provider or claim issues
• Provide accurate and timely information to internal and external customers in a professional, responsive, and service oriented manner.
• Tracking and reporting for quality activities.
• Assist in operational processes and assists in problem solving strategies
• Performs job related functions using independent judgment, excellent reasoning ability, and excellent communication skills.
• Share knowledge and assist other team members on workflows and job requirements.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA requirements
• Flexible, uses critical thinking skills and open to learning new ideas/skills

Compensation
