Job Title: Staff Pharmacist Pay: $130,000 - $200,000 (Flexible depending on candidate qualifications) Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Start Date: ASAP Looking for a career opportunity? As a Staff Pharmacist, you will play a key role in supporting patient care by performing compounding tasks within a state-of-the-art facility. This position requires an active California and Arizona pharmacist license What You'll Do As a Staff Pharmacist, you will be responsible for: • Verifying prescriptions and ensuring accuracy • Handling patient and prescriber phone calls, offering counseling and support • Performing tasks within the compounding lab, including sterile medication verification and annual touch plates • Collaborating with a dedicated team to uphold safety and quality standards • Maintaining compliance with all pharmacy laws and regulations What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Valid, active pharmacy licensure in Arizona and California (dual licensure required)
• Open to all experience levels, including recent graduates willing to undergo internal training
• Prior experience with digital workflows, mail-order logistics, or compounding environments (preferred)
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Excellent punctuality and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
