As a Pharmacist-In-Charge, you'll play a vital role in verifying prescriptions, leading innovative pharmacy projects, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards. You'll work closely with management and your team to deliver exceptional service and streamline pharmacy operations.

What You'll Do

As a PIC, you will be responsible for:

• Verifying prescriptions accurately and conducting thorough drug utilization reviews to ensure safety and efficacy.
• Reviewing prior authorizations and facilitating prescription transfers to provide patients with timely access to medications.
• Leading the implementation of new pharmacy initiatives and projects, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule.
• Ensuring full compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations and maintaining accurate documentation.
• Collaborating with team members to optimize workflow and support overall pharmacy operations.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• A current, active pharmacist license in Ohio, in good standing.
• At least one year of experience working as a licensed pharmacist.
• A reliable, proactive attitude with strong initiative.
• The ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
