I grew up in Cincinnati but moved to Kent, Ohio in 2018 for college at Kent State. After finishing my bachelor's degree in 2022, I headed to Tallahassee, Florida to earn my MS in Media and Communication Studies. Last year, I decided to move back to the Cleveland area – I really missed my friends and family. Being a first-generation college student and the second oldest of my siblings, completing both degrees was a significant achievement for me. Now I'm excited to continue expanding my opportunities and experiences both professionally and personally in the years ahead.

Why I love to recruit
Recruiting is pretty new to me, but the people side of it is what gets me excited. I genuinely enjoy meeting new people and staying connected - it's always been natural for me and led me to people-focused work. While I'm still learning all the recruiting techniques, I feel like my knack for building real relationships will help me succeed in matching people with good opportunities.

When I'm not working I like to
reading a good book, spending time with the people I care about, traveling, listening to music, and discovering new foods from different cultures.
