Job Title: Staff Pharmacist

Pay: $120,000 – $130,000 per year Hours: M-F between 9a-6p, rotating weekends  Start Date: ASAP

As a Staff Pharmacist, you'll ensure safe and effective medication management within a collaborative healthcare setting. You'll work closely with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care and support regulatory compliance, all while enjoying a structured schedule with minimal on-call duties.

What You'll Do

As a Staff Pharmacist, you will be responsible for:

• Verifying and accurately dispensing medications in a fast-paced long-term care setting.

• Reviewing medication regimens for appropriateness, safety, and therapeutic outcomes. • Assisting with medication-related problem solving and clinical interventions. • Supporting compliance with regulatory standards and pharmacy best practices. • Providing excellent service and communication to partnering facilities, physicians, nurses, and administrators. • Performing IV compounding when necessary.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Active Missouri Pharmacist License.

• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills. • Ability to work collaboratively in a busy healthcare environment. • Preferred but not required: LTC experience and IV compounding skills.
