Specific Job Duties-

• • Process prescription orders by confirming order details and selecting the correct medications from active inventory.

  • Print and apply labels, complete all required scanning steps, and stage medications in the designated bins according to workflow standards. • Escalate any scanning errors, product mismatches, or irregularities to the pharmacist immediately. • Cross-train and participate in multiple fulfillment functions to support operational coverage and throughput. • Monitor stock levels during order processing and communicate replenishment needs to ensure uninterrupted operations. • Support inventory control tasks, including cycle counts, removal of expired product, product rotation, and maintaining organized storage areas. • Consistently meet departmental metrics for accuracy, speed, and order completion. • Coordinate with leads, pharmacists, and other operational teams to maintain smooth workflow across shifts. • Maintain a clean, compliant, and organized work environment, and return medications and supplies to proper locations. • Adhere to all governing regulations and internal SOPs related to medication handling, documentation, and dispensing. • Perform additional operational duties as assigned to support pharmacy fulfillment needs.

Environment-  mail order/LTC pharmacy

Schedule - M-F 11:30a-8p with a 30 min break , no weekends.  - ON SITE in Milwaukee, WI!
