Job Opportunity: Pharmacist – Specialty Fertility Pharmacy (Day Shift)

Location: Encino, California  Schedule: Full-time | Rotating Day Shifts | On-site Pay: $65/hr - based on experience level  Schedule Requirements

• Days of Operation: Monday through Sunday

• Shift Options: Rotating day shifts (opening the pharmacy as needed)

• Weekend Rotation: Every 5–6 weeks (Saturday & Sunday, 9:30 AM – 2:00 PM)

  • You will serve as the manager on duty during these weekend shifts

Practice Environment

• Facility Type: Specialty Pharmacy with a Fertility Focus

Qualification Requirements

• Essential Qualifications:

  • Active California Pharmacist License in good standing

  • Ability to commute reliably and on time to the pharmacy location

• Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in specialty pharmacy is a plus, but not required

Core Responsibilities

• Work in a high-volume shipping pharmacy with limited direct patient interaction

• Communicate primarily by phone with doctors, clinics, and nurses

• Rotate through different pharmacist duties, including:

  • Front desk operations

  • Filling prescriptions

  • Checking prescriptions

  • Handling inbound/outbound calls

• Help manage the workflow for a pharmacy processing 4,000–6,000 prescriptions daily

  • Equivalent to 400–600 packages shipped per day
