Job Title: Pharmacist
Location: Chandler, AZ
Pay Rate: $65-75/hour based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Prescription Verification (PV1 & PV2)
- Mail Order Duties: Oversee outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards
- Provider Outreach: Contact prescribers for script clarifications and resolve any discrepancies
- Patient & Provider Consultations: Answer clinical questions from both patients and healthcare providers via phone
- Compounding Knowledge: While direct compounding duties are not required, familiarity with compounding processes is beneficial for oversight and verification
Requirements:
Active Pharmacist License in Arizona
Effective knowledge of state and federal pharmacy laws, rules and regulations related to the practice of pharmacy
2+ years of pharmacist experience
Proficiency in English, verbal and written
