Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations while maintaining high-quality service standards
• Lead and develop a large pharmacy team, addressing interpersonal conflicts proactively and establishing regular communication channels
• Contribute to business strategy and operational improvements with a strong business-oriented mindset
• Maintain professional relationships with regulatory agents and ensure all compliance requirements are met
• Adapt to changing business needs and contribute innovative ideas to improve pharmacy operations
• Manage pharmacy workflow and staff scheduling to optimize efficiency

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited pharmacy school
• Active pharmacist license in good standing, with multiple state licenses preferred (particularly Oregon and Texas)
• No disciplinary actions on pharmacy license
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a licensed pharmacist, with significant leadership experience
• Strong retail pharmacy background, preferably in high-volume settings
• Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
• Adaptability and willingness to contribute innovative ideas
• Professional demeanor and strong business acumen
