Job Posting: Pharmacist – Long-Term Care Pharmacy
Location: Cape Girardeau, MO
Start Date: ASAP (1-2 weeks notice is doable as well)
Schedule:
- Weekdays: 9 AM – 6 PM (open, flexible with schedule and shifts)
- Saturdays: 9 AM – 1 PM (not every Saturday is needed)
- Flexible Schedule (4 days one week, 5 days the next, 4 10-hour shifts possible)
About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated pharmacist to join our team at a Long-Term Care (LTC) Pharmacy located in Cape Girardeau, MO. You will be working in a collaborative, open-office setting alongside a small team of technicians. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone looking to work in a supportive environment with flexible hours.
Responsibilities:
- Basic staff pharmacist duties, including medication dispensing, consulting, and patient care
- Consulting for medication therapy management (MTM) and chart reviews for facilities
- No real management responsibilities; primarily focused on pharmacy operations
- Training available for consulting and chart reviews if necessary (LTC experience not required)
Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly Rate: $60-$75/hr (negotiable depending on experience)
- Sign-On Bonus: Negotiable

- Must have a valid state pharmacist license
- LTC experience is not required; will train for consulting and chart review tasks
