Job Title/ Type of Pharmacy - Pharmacist / Long Term Care Facility 

Job Duties - All LTC Duties / Staff RPH - 

• Enter and review faxed, verbal, electronic, and paper orders.
• Initial Review orders (PV1) and Final Review Orders (PV2).
• Contact physicians for prescriptions when appropriate.
• Speak with providers regarding prescription issues and clarifications.
• Enter, check, and replace contents of EKits and Automated Dispensing Machines (ADS).
• Pull and log controlled substances.

Schedule - the pharmacy is open 7am-11pm M-F, Saturday 8am-5pm, and Sunday 7:30am-4pm - schedule is flexible for your availability!

Pay - $63/hr 

Licensing required - Licensed in NY 

Experience needed - Licensed RPh with 1+ years, long term care experience is preferred, but not required
