Pharmacist: Urgently Hiring - Mail Order Pharmacy

Pay: $57-62/hr (based on experience)

Hours: Pharmacy is open 7a-7p Mon-Friday, work 8 hour shifts and have a normal schedule, however have a rotating 10:30A-7p shift that will occasionally need worked. We are currently looking for a dedicated and licensed Pharmacist to join our team in a closed-door mail order pharmacy. This position offers an opportunity to provide essential pharmaceutical care in a supportive and professional environment, with a focus on patient satisfaction and efficient medication management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver pharmaceutical care by accurately processing and dispensing prescription medications, counseling patients on their health and medication needs, safeguarding confidential information, and managing controlled substances along with the necessary documentation.

  • Communicate with physicians and consult reference materials to obtain patient and prescription information and to address and resolve any concerns that may occur.

Required Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in using multiple software systems simultaneously

  • Strong computer skills, including expertise in Microsoft Office Suite

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience as a licensed pharmacist

  • Possession of a PharmD or RPh degree

  • Active and unrestricted pharmacy licenses in both Kentucky and Ohio
