Job Title: Long-Term Care Pharmacist

Pay: $120,000 - $137,000 (depending on experience) Hours: Seven on/seven off starting on Tuesdays, 8:00 PM - 7:00 AM OR Flexible 4-10 Schedule, 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM

As a Pharmacist, you’ll support the medication needs of residents in long-term care facilities and senior living communities. You’ll work in a closed-door pharmacy with no drive-thru, front counter, or immunization quotas, so you can focus on medication therapy, prescription verification, and patient outcomes.

What You’ll Do

As a Pharmacist, you will be responsible for

• Processing new patient referral prescriptions, plus preparing, dispensing, and monitoring medications
• Working closely with pharmacy technicians on preparation and dispensing
• Supporting patient care, including follow-up, monitoring clinical lab data, and working with physicians on antibiotic dosing
• Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and reporting requirements
• Helping maintain safety practices and following company and departmental policies

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have

• A PharmD or equivalent degree in pharmacy and an active state license in good standing
• At least 1 year of experience as a licensed pharmacist in a healthcare setting
• Long-term care pharmacy experience (preferred)
• IV admixture and IV therapy experience (desired)
• Familiarity with Framework and DocuTrack (strongly preferred)
