As a Pharmacist, you'll play a vital role in providing personalized patient care and ensuring medication accuracy and safety. You'll work closely with the lead pharmacist, lab technicians, and pharmacy staff to deliver exceptional service and support patient health outcomes.

What You'll Do

As a Pharmacist, you will be responsible for

• Performing prescription verification, including visual quality checks and completeness review
• Creating new compounding formulas and updating existing ones with precise calculations
• Conducting in-person and phone consultations with patients, processing prescription transfers, and advising on medication use and therapeutic options
• Monitoring drug-drug interactions and collaborating with prescribers to adjust prescriptions as needed
• Managing daily work queues to ensure prompt turnaround time for custom medication orders
• Serving as a clinical resource for colleagues and assisting with complex patient inquiries

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have

• Active Pharmacist license with the Arizona State Board of Pharmacy
• Strong pharmacological knowledge and high attention to detail
• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Prior experience in a compounding pharmacy (preferred)
