Job Title: Staff Pharmacist
Pay: $130,000 - $200,000 (Flexible depending on candidate qualifications)
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

As a Staff Pharmacist, you will play a key role in supporting patient care by performing compounding tasks within a state-of-the-art facility. This position requires an active California and Arizona pharmacist license
What You'll Do
As a Staff Pharmacist, you will be responsible for:

Verifying prescriptions and ensuring accuracy

Handling patient and prescriber phone calls, offering counseling and suppor

Performing tasks within the compounding lab, including sterile medication verification and annual touch plates

Collaborating with a dedicated team to uphold safety and quality standards

Maintaining compliance with all pharmacy laws and regulations
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

Valid, active pharmacy licensure in Arizona and California (dual licensure required)

Open to all experience levels, including recent graduates willing to undergo internal training

Prior experience with digital workflows, mail-order logistics, or compounding environments (preferred)

Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Excellent punctuality and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Location & Schedule:
This on-site position in Peoria, AZ, offers a Monday–Friday schedule during standard business hours. Work hours are staggered between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m., with no weekend requirements.
