Job Title: Clinical Infusion Pharmacist

Pay: $120,000 - $130,000 per year Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week (alternating shift times between 8:30AM-5PM or 10AM-6:30PM) Start Date: ASAP

As a Clinical Infusion Pharmacist, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality personalized pharmacy services focused on infusion therapies. What You'll Do

As a Clinical Infusion Pharmacist, you will be responsible for:

• Providing comprehensive clinical pharmacy services, including sterile compounding, dispensing, and ongoing clinical monitoring for infusion therapies.
• Managing pharmacy operations in compliance with all federal, state, and organizational regulations.
• Leading and supervising pharmacy technicians and support staff to uphold high standards of practice and safety.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to optimize therapy plans and improve patient outcomes.
• Participating in quality assurance programs and performance improvement initiatives to ensure continuous service excellence.
• Maintaining precise clinical documentation and managing controlled substances responsibly.
• Contributing to on-call rotation to ensure uninterrupted patient care support.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• A Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree or active Registered Pharmacist (R.Ph.) license in Arizona.
• Current and active pharmacist license.
• Experience working with Health Information Technology (HITs) systems is required.
• CPR certification (preferred).
• 1-3 years of experience in specialty home infusion or hospital pharmacy settings.
• Strong knowledge of IV room operations and infusion therapy procedures.
• Proven ability to maintain compliance with regulatory standards and quality protocols.
• Excellent clinical judgment and a patient-centered approach.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

Location & Schedule
