Job Title: Staff Pharmacist

Pay: $65-70/hour  Hours: rotating M-F schedule, every 3/4th weekend  Start Date: ASAP

What You’ll Do:

As a Staff Pharmacist, you will be responsible for:

• Accurately prepare and dispense medications in accordance with physician orders and established protocols.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize medication regimens and improve patient outcomes.
• Compound IV medications, with comprehensive training provided after approximately six months
• Ensuring accuracy and compliance with all pharmacy regulations in a warehouse-style environment.

What You’ll Bring: The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• An active Pharmacist License in Indiana.
• Flexibility to work 1st or 2nd shift, with rotating weekends 
• Previous experience in a closed-door pharmacy setting is preferred, 
• A motivated, adaptable, and eager mindset with a willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
