Job Title: Staff Pharmacist

Pay: $70-76/hour 

Hours: Flexible 8-hour shifts Monday-Friday between 8:30am-6:30pm, with rotating weekend on-call (12pm-4pm Saturday/Sunday)

What You'll Do:

As a Staff Pharmacist, you will be responsible for:

• Apply clinical expertise to streamline medication regimens for long-term care residents
• Enhance quality of life through tailored medication management and personalized care
• Provide pharmacy-related education to healthcare teams at partner facilities
• Conduct comprehensive medication reviews and consultations
• Work with proprietary pharmacy software systems in a high-volume, blister packaging operation

What You'll Bring:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Active pharmacy license in Colorado (or ability to obtain)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Location & Schedule:
