Job Title: Pharmacist in Charge 

Pay: $65-68/hr 

Hours: M-F 8am-5pm

Start Date: January 2026

As a PIC, you’ll play a key role in supporting daily operations, help drive team success, and ensure smooth workflow and great experiences for employees and the customers. You’ll work closely with the director of pharmacy and the pharmacy team to deliver results that make a difference.

What You’ll Do:

As a PIC, you will be responsible for:

• Supervise and train the team of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians

• Foster a culture of accountability, professional growth, and excellent service

• Verify prescriptions for accuracy, safety, and formulary alternatives

• Provide personalized counseling, MTM, and wellness services

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate for this role will have: 

• Degree (Pharm.D. preferred) from an accredited school of pharmacy and current pharmacy license in the State of Ohio

• BCACP preferred

• Knowledge of insurance and third-party payment systems

• Above average written and oral communication skills

• Previous supervisory administrative experience preferred
