Job Title: Compounding Pharmacy Technician - Urgently Hiring

Pay: $22-$26/hr (based on experience) Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week | Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 6pm (8-hour shifts) Start Date: ASAP

We are seeking a Compounding Pharmacy Technician for a full-time position for our client, a compounding pharmacy located in Newark, DE. The Compounding Pharmacy Technician will prepare customized medications, maintain quality standards, and support pharmacy operations in a collaborative team environment. 

As a Compounding Pharmacy Technician, you will be responsible for:

• Compound customized medications according to prescriptions and pharmacy protocols
• Maintain accurate documentation and records for all compounded preparations
• Follow strict quality assurance procedures to ensure medication safety and accuracy
• Collaborate with pharmacists to verify prescriptions and resolve any issues
• Maintain clean and organized compounding areas in compliance with USP standards

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• National certification (PTCB or NHA) required
• Compounding Experience in hospital or compounding pharmacy preferred
• Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Leadership potential, willingness to take initiative, and commitment to long-term employment
