Job Title: Compounding Pharmacy Technician

Pay: $20-30/hour (depending on experience and position)

Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (with potential flexibility)

What You'll Do:

As a Compounding Pharmacy Technician, you will be responsible for:

• Compound non-sterile medications according to established protocols, formulas, and prescription requirements
• Prepare customized medication formulations with precision and attention to detail
• Follow standard operating procedures and quality assurance protocols for all compounding activities
• Maintain accurate documentation and batch records for compounded preparations
• Collaborate with pharmacists and pharmacy team members to ensure timely medication delivery
• Verify ingredient measurements and maintain proper compounding techniques
• Clean and maintain compounding equipment and work areas according to safety standards
• Assist with inventory management of compounding supplies and ingredients
• Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations
• Support quality patient care through accurate and efficient medication preparation

What You'll Bring:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Active Ohio Board of Pharmacy Technician License (required)
• PTCB or NHA Certification (required)
• Previous pharmaceutical compounding experience (sterile compounding experience required for sterile positions)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
