Job Title: Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Technician - Urgently Hiring

Pay: $20-26/hour based on experience Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm (8 hour shifts, closed on major holidays) Start Date: ASAP

We are seeking a Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Technician for a full-time position with a major pharmaceutical company located in Dublin, OH. The Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Technician will provide clinical support services under pharmacist direction, preparing injectables and oral medications in a clean room environment. This role offers a work life balance and chance to step into the sterile compounding industry!

As a Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Technician, you will be responsible for:

• Prepare sterile IV/infused medications following USP 797 and USP 800 standards in a clean room environment
• Maintain accurate medication inventory records and clean room logs
• Perform precise data entry in pharmacy software systems
• Coordinate patient communications and manage clinical information

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Ohio Board of Pharmacy Technician License
• PTCB or NHA Certification
• Minimum 2 years sterile compounding experience (IVIG, TPN, antibiotics). 
• Open to training someone in sterile compounding if they have required licensure!
• Strong team communication and collaboration skills
