As a Certified Pharmacy Technician, you’ll spend your days answering patient calls, providing medication information, and processing orders accurately in our system. You’ll also collaborate with pharmacists to ensure compliance with regulations and deliver the best patient care. It’s a dynamic role where attention to detail and great communication make all the difference.
Certified Pharmacy Technician Responsibilities:

Customer-Centric Communication - Spend most of your day (99% of the time) talking with patients on the phone. You’ll be their go-to resource for questions about their medications, dosage, side effects, and anything else they need to know to stay on track.

Order Processing - In between calls, you’ll be entering and managing patient orders in the pharmacy management system. Most of this happens after 5:30 pm when call volume drops, giving you time to focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Compliance and Collaboration - You’ll work hand-in-hand with pharmacists and healthcare professionals, ensuring everything you do follows strict regulatory guidelines and company policies to guarantee the best care for patients.
Certified Pharmacy Technician Requirements:

Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) - You’re already certified, so you know the ropes and bring the expertise.

Attention to Detail - This job requires precision. You’ll need to ensure patient orders are processed perfectly, every time.

Strong Communication Skills - Patients rely on you to make complex information easy to understand. Your communication should be clear, compassionate, and professional.
