We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pharmacy Manager in Pewaukee, WI to oversee operations at our new pharmacy location. As the sole pharmacist on-site, you will be responsible for all aspects of pharmacy operations, including dispensing medications, providing patient care, ensuring regulatory compliance, and overseeing the daily workflow. This is an urgent need as the location opens, and the role will evolve as the team grows. You will have the opportunity to help build and lead a team of pharmacy professionals once additional staff is hired. Pharmacy Manager Key Responsibilities: - Manage daily pharmacy operations, ensuring accurate medication dispensing and patient care. - Ensure compliance with all pharmacy laws, regulations, and ethical standards. - Train and mentor new staff as the team expands. - Provide counseling to patients on medications and health products. - Oversee inventory, controlled substances, and ensure safety protocols are followed. Pharmacy Manager Qualifications: - Pharm.D. degree and active pharmacist license in Wisconsin. - 1+ years of Speciality pharmacy experience. - Leadership experience. - Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced setting.
