We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish and English) Patient Advocate to work remotely for a telehealth start up! As a Patient Care Advocate, you will provide comprehensive support to our members by handling inquiries, collaborating with the clinical team, and assisting with insurance processes. You'll be part of an empathetic and motivated team focused on delivering an excellent member experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely technical and product support via messaging, phone, and other channels
- Work closely with clinical team to ensure accurate and timely information sharing
- Document all member interactions to maintain seamless care coordination
- Assist members with navigating insurance approval processes
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude in all interactions
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, patient support, or healthcare (Pharmacy Technician or Medical Assistant)
- Excellent communication, engagement, and customer service skills
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
- Proficiency with customer service and healthcare platforms
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach
- Flexible to work early mornings, evenings, or weekends
Schedule: Variable shifts available, including Monday-Friday and Sunday-Thursday options
Pay: $22-24/hr based on experience
