      Position Overview
Join our team as a Clinical Infusion Pharmacist in Charge in Charlotte, NC, where you'll play a crucial role in providing comprehensive pharmacy services for patients requiring both chronic and acute infusion therapies. This position offers a competitive salary range of $120,000-$140,000 annually.
Work Schedule
	- Full-time position (40 hours/week)
	
- Monday through Friday, 8:30-5
	
- On call daily 
Essential Responsibilities
The Pharmacist in Charge oversees completion of professional assignments involving compounding, dispensing and preservation of drugs and medicines prescribed by medical personnel.
Responsibilities include: 
	- Compound and dispense medications prescribed by physicians while ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal pharmacy regulations.
	
- Prepare sterile pharmaceutical preparations including solutions, sterile vehicles, and specialized compounding as needed.
	
- Monitor drug therapies and inventory to identify interactions, allergies, contraindications, and maintain adequate stock levels and security.
	
- Provide clinical consultations to patients and healthcare providers regarding drug contents, dosages, storage, and proper medication use.
	
- Supervise pharmacy operations including training new pharmacists, managing staff, maintaining narcotic records, and completing all managerial responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
	- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D), or R.Ph. with appropriate clinical experience
	
- Applicable active state licensure
	
- Experience with accreditation (URAC, ACHC, NABP) pharmacy licensures
	
- Minimum 7 years Pharmacist experience, preferably direct compounding
