I've been a match maker/career coach for the past 10 years, it's been a life changing career for me. I currently live in Fort Lauderdale, Florida with my 14 year old Great Dane and my 2 year old daughter. When I'm not changing peoples lives and making a difference, I'm out exploring the world with my daughter and traveling. I'm truly passionate about helping people and making an impact in their lives by helping them with their career, while providing for their families. I got into recruiting when I went to an interview at my first agency job and the branch manager gave me a chance to learn this amazing industry. I'm so grateful to him for seeing something in me and taking the time to coach me as I now help coach others. It is not a job when you love what you do!!

I love recruiting because I'm able to make someone's dreams come true. It's a life changing thing when you're changing careers or companies, the trust candidates place in you is so important because it's a big decision they're making for their careers and families.

About Dainiz Alvarez:

When i applied for a shopper position thru indeed and was sent information about it i wasn't aware at first it was with a temp agency . I was contacted by a recruiter prior to onboarding as she was a liason between me and company. The email explained job details and required onboarding as in my ss# & driver license yet no mention of employer name or address? I inquired that i wasn't comfortable with this and i was sent all the employers information as well as a dicussion of how i would be paid as well as any insurance available thru employer or temp agency. The staff is helpful and if they don't have information for you they will notify you at their earliest convienience . I do recommend them as well as signing up with several agencies so you have more work offers to consider. Keep up on upgrading your skills so they can place you more.
