Please don't change a thing Victoria. I've worked on and off for Victoria for the past 3 years and developed a very strong work relationship as well as a strong business relationship. I been to many different mine site through out Canada and ever contract was exactly as advertised. if there was any problems Victoria was always very quick to act and come up with a solution to the problem. Victoria is also very knowledgeable in here field. I've received advise from her many times with things such as business and accounting to job scope and contract expectations.
