Chrys found me via LinkedIn for a position he was looking to fill. He promptly informed me of the position and gave me some notes on what it was exactly they were looking for. After setting up some interviews, he not only was very transparent in what was going on, he quickly responded to my inquiries, sometimes even after hours.
