About Sushant Shah:

I wasn’t an active job applicant when sushant reached out, because I had quite strict family needs to lead me to only be able to work 3 days/week. In the engineering industry, this was quite unusual. Sushant believed in me enough through one 15 minute phone call to put his own reputation on the line, and present me in front of a great employer.
