He never left me guessing—whether it was about interview feedback, timelines, or next steps. He also took the time to understand what I was looking for and only put me forward for roles that genuinely matched my skills and goals. What stood out most was his transparency. When there were delays or changes, he let me know right away. When I had questions about salary or start date, he advocated for me clearly and professionally with the employer. I genuinely felt like Brett was on my side, not just trying to fill a role.
