About Sushant Shah:

I wasn’t an active job applicant when sushant reached out, because I had quite strict family needs to lead me to only be able to work 3 days/week. In the engineering industry, this was quite unusual. Sushant believed in me enough through one 15 minute phone call to put his own reputation on the line, and present me in front of a great employer. Many recruiters have reached out to me in the past, the conversation usually ends at my partial time requirements. I am beyond appreciative of the efforts that sushant had gone through. Through the whole process sushant kept in touch with the HR and hiring manager, and kept me in the loop regarding the hiring process the entire time. He was positive and empowering through each conversation. Nothing but the best to say about the experience working with him.
