From the initial conversation I felt heard and that my needs were taken into consideration when deciding what opportunity would best fit my education and experience. I have not had many positive experiences with third party search firms, but this was one that was conducted with professionalism and respect. I have never had any previous experience with a recruitment agency. Suzanne found my LinkedIn profile, which I never use, and contacted me to see what my drafting experience was. She explained the position she was trying to fill, and asked if I would be interested. We moved on the interview process. The whole process was only about two weeks from her first contact to my being hired by the company I am now with. She has followed up to see how things are going. I've been with the company two weeks now. The process was fabulous!
