About Angela Degelman:

Lots of good conversation and she did great coaching for the interview, who I was meeting and ultimately style and culture of the company. There were a number of things that lined up between myself and the organization and Angela helped navigate that. One thing I was not fully sure on until I received an offer was the compensation package and range or approximation. We did discuss generally however it felt as though it was coming from Angela and not necessarily from the organization so was unsure if these were in alignment. There were some points which I was unsure if my expectations would line up with the employer and it was resulting in possibly withdrawing my candidacy. Suggestion would be once we get further along into the process that more direct discussions happen which can provide some structure or range. Also an outline of the overall compensation package would have helped engage me along the way. Overall, I appreciate her working with me as well as the insight and support which ultimately resulted in closing the hire.
