Matt Gerrity

After graduating from the University of New Hampshire with degrees in Finance and Economics, I quickly realized the Finance world wasn’t for me, and landed in the Staffing and Recruiting industry. I've been in the space for 5+ years now with no plans of going anywhere. I started working with top talent in the IT industry focused in the Greater NYC area, and worked at a boutique search firm where I recruited sales reps and managers nationwide before joining forces with Anderson Recruiting and Consulting.

I value the relationships I build with clients and candidates, and understand that communication is key to maintaining those relationships. Growing up playing sports, my competitive mentality translates to what I do now; believing that what separates myself from others is pure perseverance.

I grew up in NJ, but now live in Austin, TX. In my spare time, you can find me watching the New York Giants, playing golf and basketball, or finding live music somewhere locally.
