I have been involved in the recruiting/placement world since I graduated from The University of Tennessee a long time ago. I love this industry and still am passionate about meeting new people, making a match, and watching people I have placed grow in their careers. I have been blessed to have a terrific tenured team and numerous long-term clients who see us as true partners vs. just another R4R vendor. I have personally placed over 1000 people in the last 20 years and am grateful for the relationships.

Why I love to recruit
I have engaging conversations every day. If that ever changes, so will my career but as long as I can laugh and build real relationships with people, I am happy.

When I'm not working I like to
Travel, be with my dogs (2 Great Danes named Yeti & Rambo), spend time with my hubby going to concerts and binge-watching new streaming series, getaways with my daughter and besties, play candy crush and try to slow down to cherish life/others.
