It's funny how life works - I stumbled into the world of recruiting 5 years ago by pure luck and the rest is history. It's been a love affair ever since, and there's no swiping left on this career choice!
Recruiting can be crazy, but I wouldn’t want it any other way. Even when my inbox is overflowing with a million emails, I still somehow enjoy getting lost in the chaos. Although staffing can get chaotic, I still value qualities like commitment, integrity, and teamwork, not just in my work, but in every aspect of my life.
Outside of work, my first love is shopping – but my husband comes in as a close second!
In the mornings, I like to channel my inner Zen with a little Pilates. It’s a great way to start the day and also justify eating an extra cookie (or six) later. Speaking of cookies, baking is my therapy. There’s just something about mixing butter and sugar together that makes my heart sing.
