I have always been the friend that people go to for help. I have always been that "go to" person. Need help with your resume, call Rae! Need help setting up a business, call Rae! Need someone to vent too, call Rae! I absolutely love helping people and I love that I get to do that on a daily basis. Recruiting is my happy place because at any given moment, a STRANGER picks up their phone and hangs up as a FRIEND. It's a world that keeps on giving :)

Fun fact: I was born and raised in Trinidad and Tobago and moved to the U.S when I was 14. So if you chat with me, the "Trini accent" is what you may hear sometimes :)

Why I love to recruit
I have always loved going above and beyond for people in my life and it just so happens I get to do that in my career as well. Recruiting creates a place for me to naturally exude love in my conversations and connections I make with both clients and candidates.

When I'm not working I like to
I love travelling! My husband is a Travel ICU nurse so I get to explore new places all the time. If I'm not travelling, I'm binge watching a show on Netflix
