I would like to take a moment to comment about my experience in working with my recruiter, Abby McLaughlin, as my experience with her was exceptional. About a month ago, I received a call from Ms. McLaughlin (hereafter referred to as Abby). Abby informed me she had reviewed my resume and thought I would be a good candidate to interview for Senior Case Manager with Vista Del Mar. Abby took the time to explain the job, as well as answer all of my questions in a concise, understandable manner. Abby was very encouraging and instilled confidence in myself. Abby kept me informed about the upcoming zoom interview with Vista Del Mar. I felt confident I would do well....and I did! From the moment of our first telephone conversation, to the phone call offering me the job, Abby was always there to guide me.
