I have always been passionate about the healthcare industry - I majored in Biology in college and loved the way health sciences make a true impact on people's lives and the future. I found my niche in getting to help healthcare professionals and executive leaders to fulfilling careers.

With 4+ years in healthcare recruiting, employer brand management, and talent marketing - I understand the market, listen to what candidates need, and really enjoy building relationships :)

Recruiting speaks to my personal mission - helping to change people's lives for the better. I love helping people find the job they've always been looking for and taking that next step in their career. I really enjoy getting to know people on a deeper level - their passion and career goals and helping to find that perfect match. My work helps shape the future of organizations with each role that I fill - and that's truly rewarding.

When I'm not working I like to
Travel whenever I can and explore new places - my family is from South Africa and whenever I get a chance I love to go back and explore Capetown & Johannesburg - it's my all-time favorite place to travel to! Not to mention the wine tastings in Stellenbosch are out of this world! And of course, when I'm not traveling, I love to spoil my sweet pup Bailey with lots of long walks :)

I felt comfortable and prepared for the interview. Genevieve was right to the point and clarified what Baltimore Station was looking for in a clinician. She kept in contact with me throughout the entire process. This was the best experience I have ever had related to making a connection and interviewing with a company. If not for Genevieve's initial positive interaction and providing me with the tools needed to prepare for the interview, it could not have been so well.
