Ashley Fambrough

I started in the staffing industry nearly 10 years ago as a temporary associate internally with American Staffing. I was able to learn and grow with the company after being hired on permanently and have thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity that I was provided long ago! I started my career with American Staffing as an Administrative Assistant, I went on to be promoted to Recruitment Manager, and I am now proud to be a Regional Director of the Saint Louis Division. I love to assist creating the perfect match for both employee and client alike!

The most rewarding part of my position in recruiting is when employees are able to find the position they love, which in turn helps them provide for their families! It is so amazing when I can find the perfect candidate a client has been seeking and it helps them grow their business as well!
