I started off as a "Temp" for American Staffing and when I decided to change careers I was given the opportunity to come in as a Recruiting Account Manager. This has been the most fulfilling job opportunity I've had in my working career.

The most exciting part of my job is that I get to meet new people each day. I enjoy the interview process, which gives me a chance to get to know the candidates and better fit them for the right job offer.
