Rebecca Anderson

I started in staffing almost 20 years ago as a temporary associate for the office of another staffing agency. I was hired after my 90 day probationary period and worked my way to Office Manager in 5 years. When I left that company, I came to American Staffing as a Recuiter/Account Manager, within 5 years I was Office Manager here, I recently was promoted to Director of Business and Operations. I love my job, I love the company I work for and I love the opportunity I am able to give my associate to better their lives and the lives of their families.

Why I love to recruit
I love recruiting because I am able to make a difference in the lives of our associates and the lives of their families by giving them an opportunity they may not have otherwise been able to get on their own.

When I'm not working I like to
I was a Boy Scout leader for 21 years with the Greater St. Louis Area Council, I love everything outdoors. When I am at home, I love being with my two rescue Pit Bulls and to wind down after a long day at the office, I like to paint and read.
