Position: Pharmacist (Full-Time)

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
On-Call Requirements: On-call after hours during designated weeks. Rarely required to come in but must be close to the pharmacy while on call.
Weekend & Holiday Requirements: On-call coverage only. No holiday responsibilities.

Active Indiana Pharmacist License (PharmD)
1–2 years of infusion or clinical experience
Completion of ASHP sterile compounding or aseptic technique course
Bilingual (Spanish)
Multi-state licensure
Experience with TPN (Total Parenteral Nutrition)
The Pharmacist will:
Coordinate and participate in all pharmacy services
Oversee compounding and dispensing activities
Manage IOP/QI programs
Conduct patient and nurse training
Provide clinical monitoring and medication therapy management
Maintain direct communication with patients and providers

Hours: Pharmacy is open 7a-7p Mon-Friday, work 8 hour shifts and have a normal schedule, however have a rotating 10:30A-7p shift that will occasionally need worked. There is also a rotating Saturday shift that is 7a-3:30p split between the pharmacist team. This position offers an opportunity to provide essential pharmaceutical care in a supportive and professional environment, with a focus on patient satisfaction and efficient medication management.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver pharmaceutical care by accurately processing and dispensing prescription medications, counseling patients on their health and medication needs, safeguarding confidential information, and managing controlled substances along with the necessary documentation.
Communicate with physicians and consult reference materials to obtain patient and prescription information and to address and resolve any concerns that may occur.
Required Technical Skills:
Proficiency in using multiple software systems simultaneously
Strong computer skills, including expertise in Microsoft Office Suite
Required Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience as a licensed pharmacist
Possession of a PharmD or RPh degree
Active and unrestricted pharmacy licenses in both Kentucky and Ohio
