My name is Michela Stasa and I work as a Pharmacy Recruiter for Alliance Solutions Group. I moved to Ohio from Pittsburgh in 2016, where I studied Psychology at Kent State University. Though I originally intended to further study Clinical Mental Health and Counseling Psychology, I stumbled upon Alliance Solutions Group while job hunting, and I am so lucky to have landed a position in such a great company.

Why I love to recruit
I love working toward a goal. I also love helping others improve their lives in any way they need--which is why I initially pursued a Counseling Psychology degree. Once I came to the realization that even though I love helping others, the field of psychology is not one I could thrive in due to little opportunity for growth and advancement. With recruiting, you get the best of both worlds. I am giving an opportunity for others to thrive and improve, while simultaneously using my skills at their full potential and being rewarded for doing so.

When I'm not working I like to
I currently live in Lakewood, Ohio along with a roommate, one cat, and one dog. In my free time, I love to explore the city and become involved in any local events. I really enjoy learning and being involved with the area I live in--especially since Cleveland is a new city to me as a Pittsburgh native!
