Frank was very informative when I first spoke to him. He told me to expect an email from the employer...which I did not receive. Frank didn't call and check in with me and I sent him a message roughly 4-5days later that I hadn't gotten the email. He stated that he'd ask the employer to resend it and that was done. I think he should have checked in a 1-2 days after our initial talk to check on my thoughts/progress with the email. The email was an extensive list of tests that took hours to complete. Frank was very nice and very friendly when we spoke. He was helpful when I asked for specifics.
